Combine your tastes for adventure and delicious food & wine pairings on a 3-hour dinner sail on Bellingham Bay. Work up your appetite as you assist the crew in the raising of the largest mainsail on the west coast of the United States. After the sails are up, sit back and enjoy views of the beautiful coastline and get acquainted with the ancient technology of sail.

Soon after sails are set and the main engine is off, Bellingham Chef/Sommelier Marcello Mazzoleni will provide a short presentation of the appetizer & entrée dishes and their respective paired wines. Food & wine will be prepared & served down below in the galley by Zodiac’s fantastic chef Caz!

Grab a spot on deck for you and your partner to sit and enjoy the scenery, chat with Zodiac’s crew or meet like-minded passengers. Chef Marcello will be onboard to answer questions and discuss the intricacies of today’s wine pairings.
